Karen McCreadie is a prolific and flexible writer capable of taking intellectual and often complex information and making it accessible to a wider audience. Her background in business and marketing combine with an innate writing ability to ensure the market viability of the finished manuscript.

As a ghost writer Karen is able to adapt to the style of the "author" so that it is the author’s personality that is reflected in the work rather than her own. Her first book was the international bestseller SalesDogs by Blair Singer, completed in 2000. SalesDogs was published by Time Warner and is part of Robert Kiyosaki’s “Rich Dad’s Advisors” series

Since then Karen has written over 35 books either as a ghost writer or author in her own right. Her own books include several modern interpretations of old classics such as The Art of War, Think and Grow Rich , The Richest Man in Babylon, Adam Smith's The Wealth of Nations, Frank Bettger's How I Raised Myself From Failure to Success and Robert Collier's The Secret of Ages. Karen has also written Low Budget Marketing for Rookies and a specialist eBook titled How To Write a Book in 33 Days... Several of her books have been translated into other languages including Japanese and Portuguese.

Karen lives in Scotland with her husband, two step children and a little Border Terrier called Bronte. In one of life's more ironic twists of fate Karen now finds herself back in the town she was always so desperate to leave having met her husband on a trip home from Australia to see her family. Having strong ties to Australia after 10 years living and working in Sydney Karen returns to the sun every year to meet with clients and catch up with friends. Her clients include anyone who wants an English language non-fiction book but so far her clients have come from the UK, Australia, US and Canada.

Obviously as a ghost writer some clients prefer Karen's involvement to remain confidential. However the majority are happy to acknowledge her role as they fully appreciate that the finished product is always a reflection of their ideas and intellectual property.
